It started in 2002 primarily to serve TNB to access their suppliers' capability. The main objective is to assess product manufacturers' capability in producing quality products as stated in TNB specifications. An audit is a useful tool where it provides an opportunity for the auditor to go deeply into the organization in both management and technical capability.
 

​Auditors are well trained and certified with Certified  Auditor by the International Register of Certified Auditors' (IRCA) ISO 9001  and Certified Quality Auditor by the American Society for Quality (ASQ), with worldwide experience in Asia, Europe, America, and Africa.
