Product Inspections
Product Inspection service (also known as Factory Acceptance Test) was established to ensure that only products that are “fit for use” can enter the TNB system. To date, TNB Labs is the only accredited inspection body in Malaysia for electrical products up to 33kV.

Ensure products are in the best condition. We inspect to ensure that only products that are "fit for use" entered TNB system.

In addition to providing services, we also provide inspectors that are experienced in utilities system of more than 30 years.
OUR ASSURED SERVICES

Application
To forward Product Inspection application to TNB Division, or send the application to TNBR QATS if it is a non-TNB inspection.
To furnish all information required for Product Inspection such as Product Inspection location, product name, quantity, contact person , etc.

Documentation
To request TNBR QATS for Product Inspection services and to determine Product Inspection required date
To provide all relevant documents needed for Product Inspection
To facilitate communication and coordination between main contractor/ supplier and TNBR QATS
To evaluate product inspection report and to take necessary action
To inform supplier or manufacturer for the next course of action if needed
