About the Course
Shaft alignment is critical during maintenance or overhaul work on steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, and horizontal pumps. Without proper alignment, machines can experience operational issues such as high vibration, leading to component failure. To prevent these issues, it is essential that the shafts are precisely aligned. Analysing alignment data allows for accurate readjustment of shaft positions.
This two-day course will equip participants with understanding of shaft alignment principles and the ability to resolve misalignment by calculating the necessary adjustments to achieve optimal alignment
